Child Policy

• Infants (0-2 years) will be charged Rs 25000.
• Child (2-6 years) not taking bed will be charged Rs 70,000.
• Child with bed will be charged same as adult.

• Original Indian passports/ scanned passport copies with a validity of minimum 6 months, at the time of travel (Passport Copy, in case the person is not in India)
• 01 recent passport size photographs[35mm x 45mm] with white background.
• A copy of PAN card.
• Holders of international passports can get the Umrah visa from India if there passports are accompanied by OCI/ POI cards.

• Any changes in the given itinerary can be accommodated as per the requirement of the guests, however, subject to the discretion of the company.
• Complete travel vouchers/bookings are provided in advance to all our guests.

• We do provide options to upgrade your rooms, hotels and transport in the given package, the charges for the same , however, will have to be paid be paid by the guests. The upgrades are subject to availability.
• Express Visa service for Umrah is available for urgent cases, at additional cost. Umrah Visa processing takes 3-5 working days. The following documents are required:
  • A completed original Umrah visa application form.

    Note: If someone has a non-Muslim name, he or she should submit a certificate from a mosque or an Islamic center stating that the applicant is a Muslim. An Affidavit for the same can also be accompanied.

  • Two recent passport size color photographs with a white background should be attached to the application form. The photograph must be a full-face view in which the visa applicant is facing the camera directly. Side or angled views are NOT accepted.
  • Passports should be valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.
  • Confirmed and non-refundable airline tickets and hotel bookings. Departure from Saudi Arabia should be within two weeks from the date of entry.
  • Women and children should be accompanied by husband/father or a male relative (Mahram). Proof of relationship is required (a marriage certificate for a wife, a birth certificate for a child indicating the names of both parents). The Mahram must travel into and out of Saudi Arabia on the same flight as his wife and children.

    Note: If the applicant is not a national of the India, his/her passport should be attached with OCI/PIO Card.

  • A vaccination certificate against Pneumococcal Meningitis should be attached. The certificate of vaccinations should have been issued not more than three years and not less than 10 days prior to entry to Saudi Arabia and it should be valid for three years. The vaccination certificate must be with the applicant on entry to Saudi Arabia.
• GST @ 5% to be charged over and above the package cost, if applicable- Conditions Apply.
• The penalty of SR 2000 levied on pilgrims who have performed Umrah in the same or previous year has been removed by the kingdom of Saudi Arabia. However, heavy charges for visa, transport and insurance have been levied on all guests traveling for Umrah due to which the package prices have been increased.
• Any new charges levied by the Saudi authorities will have to be borne by the pilgrims and is not included in the given package prices.
• Above prices are calculated at 1 SAR=21.50 INR. Any increase in the package price due to currency fluctuations to be borne by the pilgrims.
• The air fare is calculated at Rs 40,000. Any increase in fare, will be added to the package price and is to be borne by the pilgrim.
• Any changes/customization made or requested by the pilgrims in the above packages before/during their stay will be subject to the discretion of the management and the cost of which will be borne by the pilgrims.
• Any unused service is not entitled to any refund.
• Room service may not be available in some hotels.
• It is advisable to travel light as there are no Porter services available at the airport or the hotels in Makkah & Madinah.
• The laundry service is provided from the outside vendors and is not from the hotel.
• Relatives/friends of pilgrims in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are not allowed to eat or stay with the group and will be charged for any services or accommodations used.
• The given itinerary is tentative in nature and can be modified or changed as per the conditions.
• This package price is NOT valid for High Season [19 Dec to 10 Jan] and Ramadan.
