- THE PENALTY OF SAR 2000 LEVIED ON PILGRIMS WHO HAVE PERFORMED UMRAH IN THE SAME OR PREVIOUS HIJRI YEAR HAS BEEN REMOVED BY THE KINGDOM OF SAUDI ARABIA. HOWEVER, HEAVY CHARGES FOR VISA AND TRANSPORT HAVE BEEN LEVIED ON ALL GUESTS TRAVELING FOR UMRAH DUE TO WHICH THE PACKAGE PRICES HAVE BEEN INCREASED.
- Atyab Travels Pvt Ltd reserves the right to change or modify the above packages, as it deems necessary, without any further notice.
- Atyab Travels Pvt Ltd does provide the options to upgrade your hotels and transport in the above packages, the charges for the same will have to be paid be paid by the guests. The upgrades are subject to availability and subject to the discretion of the company.
- The above package is a scheduled departure and is subject to availability. Kindly make the booking in advance to confirm your seats.
- Above prices are calculated at 1 SAR=17.5 INR. Any increase in the package price due to currency fluctuations to be borne by the pilgrims.
- The air fare is calculated at Rs 29000. Any increase in fare, will be added to the package price and is to be borne by the pilgrim.
- Any changes/customization made or requested by the pilgrims in the above packages before/during their stay will be subject to the discretion of the management and the cost of which will be borne by the pilgrims.
- Any unused service is not entitled to any refund.
- Room service is not available in the hotels for the given package.
- It is advisable to travel light as there are no Porter services available at the airport or the hotels in Makkah & Madinah.
- The laundry service is provided from the outside vendors and is not from the hotel.
- Relatives/friends of pilgrims in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are not allowed to eat or stay with the group and will be charged for any services or accommodations used.
- Express Visa service for Umrah is available for urgent cases, at additional cost.Umrah Visa processing takes 6-8 working days to complete. The following documents are required:
- A completed original Umrah visa application form.
Note: If someone has a non-Muslim name, he or she should submit a certificate from a mosque or an Islamic center stating that the applicant is a Muslim. An Affidavit for the same can also be accompanied.
- Four recent passport size color photographs with a white background should be attached to the application form. The photograph must be a full-face view in which the visa applicant is facing the camera directly. Side or angled views are NOT accepted.
- Passports should be valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.
- Confirmed and non-refundable airline tickets and hotel bookings. Departure from Saudi Arabia should be within two weeks from the date of entry.
- Women and children should be accompanied by husband/father or a male relative (Mahram). Proof of relationship is required (a marriage certificate for a wife, a birth certificate for a child indicating the names of both parents). The Mahram must travel into and out of Saudi Arabia on the same flight as his wife and children.
Note: If the applicant is not a national of the India, his/her passport should be attached with OCI/PIO Card.
- A vaccination certificate against Meningococcal Meningitis should be attached. The certificate of vaccinations should have been issued not more than three years and not less than 10 days prior to entry to Saudi Arabia and it should be valid for three years. The vaccination certificate must be with the applicant on entry to Saudi Arabia.
- A completed original Umrah visa application form.
