• Scanned passport copies with a validity of minimum 6 months, at the time of travel.
• 01 recent passport size photographs[35mm x 45mm] with white background [soft copy].
• A copy of PAN card.
• Holders of international passports can get the Umrah visa from India if there passports are accompanied by OCI/ POI cards.
• Any other documents, if required.
• Complete documentation to be done by Atyab Travels.

• The above package is NOT a scheduled departure and you can travel in your own dates.
• Complete travel vouchers/bookings are provided in advance to all our guests.
• Wheelchair assistance is available, on request.
• Our Local staff is always present to assist you and your near and dear ones for any possible assistance.
• We do provide options to upgrade your rooms, hotels and transport in the given package, the charges for the same , however, will have to be paid by the guests. The upgrades are subject to availability.
• Express Visa service for Umrah is available for urgent cases, at additional cost. Umrah Visa processing takes 2-4 working days. The following documents are required:
  • A completed original Umrah visa application form.

    Note: If someone has a non-Muslim name, he or she should submit a certificate from a mosque or an Islamic center stating that the applicant is a Muslim. An Affidavit for the same can also be accompanied.

  • One recent passport size color photographs with a white background [soft copy only] should be attached to the application form. The photograph must be a full-face view in which the visa applicant is facing the camera directly. Side or angled views are NOT accepted.
  • Passports should be valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.

    Note: If the applicant is not a national of the India, his/her passport should be attached with OCI/PIO Card.

• Any new charges levied by the Saudi authorities will have to be borne by the pilgrims and are not included in the given package prices.
• Above prices are calculated at 1 SAR=21.50 INR. Any increase in the package price due to currency fluctuations to be borne by the pilgrims.
• The air fare is calculated at Rs 40,000. Any increase in fare, will be added to the package price and is to be borne by the pilgrim.
• Any changes/customization made or requested by the pilgrims in the above packages before/during their stay will be subject to the discretion of the management and the cost of which will be borne by the pilgrims.
• Any unused service is not entitled to any refund.
• Relatives/friends of pilgrims in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are not allowed to eat or stay with the group and will be charged for any services or accommodations used.
• The above mentioned prices are NOT valid for high season [19 Dec, 2023 to 11 Jan, 2024] and Ramadan. The price difference for these periods can be confirmed from our offices.
• We do offer our guests and option to book their own flights and rest of the arrangements are taken care of by our team.
